Free
Access to the web panel —calendar, clients, services, hours, team and chat-channel connection— is free for affiliated businesses during the current phase. Should this change, we will give at least 30 days' notice to the email registered by the business, and no charge will be applied retroactively.

Who sets the sale prices
The prices of the products and services booked and paid through FromChats are set by each affiliated business, not by FromChats. Each business manages its own catalog from the panel and is responsible for ensuring that the published prices, the applicable taxes and the corresponding invoicing are correct.
Fund settlement
End clients' payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider. Once the transaction is confirmed, the amount charged —less the platform fee and the processor's fees— is transferred to the bank account the business has registered, within the processor's settlement times.
The affiliated business can review the detail of its transactions, fees and settlements from the panel at any time.
Taxes
The amounts shown do not include any taxes that may apply under the relevant legislation. Each affiliated business is responsible for declaring and paying the taxes arising from its own commercial activity.
