Here is everything using FromChats costs: a monthly fee per business, with the first 30 days free to try. No setup fee, no minimum commitment and no cancellation charge.

What we won’t charge you
- Some directory platforms keep up to 30% of the first appointment of every new client who finds you through them. Here, nothing: the client is yours from day one.
- Some platforms charge up to $20 a month for each additional team member. Here two are included and the next one costs $2.
- No setup fee and no minimum term: leave whenever you want.
- Appointments you enter by hand, and those booked on your web page, use no conversations.
A conversation is one client talking to the assistant: all the messages of a single booking count as one. Appointments the business enters by hand, and those clients book on the web, do not use conversations.

What is charged
FromChats charges the affiliated business a subscription for the use of the platform, monthly or annual. There is no fee on what the business charges its clients: payments between the end client and the business do not go through FromChats and the platform takes no part in them.
The first 30 days are a trial, free of charge and with no card required. We don't store your card or make automatic charges: about 3 days before each period ends we email you a payment link, which is also available in the panel. After the due date there are 3 days of grace; if payment isn't made, the assistant stops serving clients and the business is removed from the directory until payment is made, without losing any data.

Who sets the sale prices
The prices of the services booked through FromChats are set by each affiliated business, not by FromChats. Each business manages its own catalog from the panel and is responsible for ensuring that the published prices, the applicable taxes and the corresponding invoicing are correct.
Taxes
The amounts shown include any applicable ITBMS: what is advertised is what you pay, and the tax is itemized on the receipt. Each affiliated business is also responsible for declaring and paying the taxes arising from its own commercial activity.
Example: USD 14.99 per month, ITBMS included (USD 14.01 base + USD 0.98 ITBMS).
