Who sells
FromChats does not sell the products or provide the services that are booked through the platform. Each affiliated business is an independent merchant, responsible for its offering, its prices, the quality of what it delivers and its legal and tax obligations.
What FromChats charges
Only the monthly fee the affiliated business pays to use the platform. What the end client pays for their service is charged by the business by its own means: that money does not go through FromChats and we withhold no fee on it.
Who answers a complaint
- For the service or product purchased: the affiliated business.
- For the platform's operation and for the monthly fee —duplicate charge, technical error—: FromChats.

Card data
The monthly fee is paid by card on the page of dLocal Go, the authorized payment processor. FromChats does not store the card and makes no automatic charges: no full card numbers, expiration dates or security codes. See the Privacy Policy.
On the business's statement, the monthly fee appears with the FromChats reference as a software platform. The payments the business receives from its clients are unrelated to that charge.

What we won’t charge you
- Some directory platforms keep up to 30% of the first appointment of every new client who finds you through them. Here, nothing: the client is yours from day one.
